Still not 100% sure exactly where I need to have these set for best performance but I like em. Keeps my hips in check and straight (I always have some hip flexion) bought 54 (bw 315-320lbs) and no way they were getting up my thigh. 56 are snug (like meet/comp snug) but I think once they break in they will fit nice. I’ll buy the wide stance legged version when I get more into heavy squats.
