The belt is firm but not too ridged and the lever is heavy duty. The sizing chart and belt fit true so make sure and measure accurately around where you wear your belt. Great experience used my belt for 2nd time time the 2nd time and the metal plate on the back that holds the two the 2 screws in split in half and broke during my squat session. NOT HAPPY AT ALL RIGHT NOW

The belt is amazing. Only problem is one of the screws for the mounting bracket was mis-threaded. This made it difficult to attach and wouldn’t seat flush. Eventually I was able to turn it enough that it won’t be a problem.

Just ordered this belt and used it twice so far. Materials and craftsmanship are top notch. The lever is solid and there is good depth to the mounting screws. The belt is pliable but solid which makes support during your lifts awesome and then storing in your gym bag even better. Lastly, when you pick your size, there is plenty of adjustability both ways.
